To ensure safe transit, our bicycles are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. Detailed instructions and basic tools are included in every box.
What is your return policy for sports gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for oversized items like bikes or fitness machines may be deducted from your refund.
